Job Description :
- Contribute To Organizing & Analysis Training:
- 1. Create, plan and provide training materials in accordance with the needs of the Work Unit, the concept of training so that the implementation of training can be done with a planned and meet the standards specified.
- 2. Evaluate, and cooperate with relevant departments in terms of determining training needs of all departments in the Company based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies.
- 3. Meet administrative requirements in the training process (application form training application, vendor and registration check, payment).
- 4. Perform up-date training data and employee competence continuously and responsible for the tidiness of the document.
- 5. Evaluation and analysis on the effectiveness of the training held so that it can develop for future training.
- 6. Conduct analysis, and actively search for new concepts, techniques and training programs so that employees can improve their capabilities and productivity.
- 7. Manage the training of External training in accordance SOP Training and in accordance with the Budget.
- 8. Create Weekly, Monthly report on Training Activities.
- 9. Manage the Trainer, in connection with Planning Plan Training to be implemented.
- Orientation New Employee:
- 1. Implementation of New Employee Orientation and introduction of Company Regulation coordinate with Personnel Section.
- 2. Prepare and coordinate with the Lead team, in the context of implementing the BMDP implemented in the Unit.
- 3. Documenting all training activities conducted both internally and externally.
- ISO Activity:
- 1. Help prepare the supporting documents in the implementation of ISO
- 2. Maintain Mandatory & Non Mandatory Training.
- Additional Activity:
- 1. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
- 2. Report problems that occur, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety Coordinator.
- 3. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
- 4. Responsible and cooperate with related parts in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment (equipment) and cleanliness of work location.
Job Requirement :
- Minimal Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Management/Relevant field from reputable University.
- Having 2+ years experiences in Training Officer position of FMCG Company
- Solid Training knowledge
- Willing to be located at Surabaya
