About the business:
The Order (ORR) division is in charge of the R&D activities related to:
This scope encompasses the E-ticket, EMD storage and associated use cases; the inter-system communications involved in ticketing flows (other E-tickets servers, DCS, ground handlers); the financial feeds (sales and usage) to third party systems (BSP, airlines Revenue Accounting), batch or online; the end users; print-outs based on electronic documents; data; the E-ticket/RTS and EMD synchronizer products.
OrMS is a central module of a retail platform. It interacts with retail layers (digital/NDC/touch point solutions), Offer Management system, Delivery system, Data Hub, order handling specific engines like revenue accounting, and as well, with external partners systems (e.g : Others OrMS systems).
Revenue Accounting is the link between the PSS or retailing platform and an airline’s financial system. It allows to capture and report sales and usage information, perform accounting of any document, as well as manage billing with interline and codeshare partners.
Revenue integrity is the safeguard of an airline’s revenue, along the steps of the booking flow, allowing full control on its inventory.
Our applications are managing more than 60000 online cumulated transactions per second, 150 airlines and 120 markets, representing more than 800 million documents created per year worldwide and one of the biggest databases in Amadeus. Financial records through our systems represent around 1 Billon USD per day.
DST department’s mission is to connect the development, security, and operational activities supporting the Order domain, as well as foster the transformations linked to the operational topics.
