Client Care Coordinator

to work 7/24 shifts

Your role in a nutshell:

Act as a frontline interface with customers of DHL Supply Chain in the EMEA region. Role involves responding to customers via email, chat or occasionally over the phone and resolving their inquiries working in shifts. The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a DHL Supply Chain global customer service standard.

Main tasks and key responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently and effectively to customer queries (via email, chat, phone, ticketing system)
  • Own and manage customer engagement and interaction
  • Ensure service level agreements are met
  • Communicate positively with all involved parties (central/local/satellite warehouses)
  • Follow agreed processes / procedures to raise and resolve customer queries
  • Provide regularly reports, and monitoring the inventory of warehouses in the order management system

What you will bring to the team:

  • ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • high emotional intelligence
  • excellent time keeping
  • strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • Upper Intermediate English language knowledge
  • willingness to work in shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
  • proficiency in using MS Office applications is a plus
