Job Purpose

To design and manage bespoke, high-quality experiences that resonate with the lifestyle and expectations of super premium account holders, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and supporting the strategic positioning and profitability of the premium customer portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Design and Innovation in Customer Experiences: Develop unique and appealing experiences tailored to the lifestyles of premium customers, such as exclusive events, luxury travel, and unique dining experiences.
  2. Partnership Management and Development: Forge and maintain partnerships with high-end service providers across various industries to secure exclusive deals and exceptional experiences.
  3. Customer Insight and Engagement: Analyze customer profile and demographic data to understand preferences and behaviors, ensuring experiences are targeted and relevant, and enhance customer engagement and also target the same
  4. Quality Assurance and Program Management: Ensure that all experiences meet the highest standards of quality and luxury, and manage the logistics and operational aspects of experience delivery.
  5. Marketing and Strategic Communication: Work collaboratively with marketing teams to promote exclusive experiences effectively across multiple channels, ensuring high visibility and uptake.

Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Experience Design and Execution:
  1. Maintain a tracker of all events in India and for TPC across the world .
  2. Identify, design, and refine premium experiences that align with cardholder expectations and desires.
  3. Organize and oversee special events, travel packages, and other exclusive offerings.
  • Partnership Development:
  1. Negotiate and establish collaborations with hotels, airlines, culinary experts, and event organizers.
  2. Evaluate partnership effectiveness and adapt strategies to maximize cardholder satisfaction 
  • Customer Insight Analysis:
  1. Collect and analyze feedback, spending data, and other relevant customer information to continuously refine and customize offerings.
  • Quality and Standards Oversight:
  1. Conduct site visits and participate in trials to ensure the promised quality is met, incorporating cardholder feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration:
  1. Partner in the creation of marketing materials and campaign strategies to effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of the curated experiences. 

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury brand management, event curation, hospitality, or a related field within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution preferred.
