• Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist
• Who you are: You have energy and drive in abundance, a passion for serving our customers and possess a growth mindset and love of continuous learning, with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and helping others win. 
• Position Overview:
• Handle daily sales operation, provide solid back office support to the front line sales team, help to make the practice of sales process smooth.
• Location: Onsite
• What you will do:
• Open with a strong attention-grabbing summary.
• Support whole sales order process with logistic partner, from Account creation, order booking, goods status, and payment status to monitor sales order. To make order process smooth.
• Weekly review sales backlog with sales team and supply team to update backlog status.
• Handle Goods Return and Replacement request, coordinate sales and customer requirement and arrange logistic team about replacement delivery.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
• Key qualifications:
• Must be a self-starter
• Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Good in MS Excel, Word, PPT
• Excellent verbal and written English is plus
