Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical trainee, you will support our Lenovo PC FrontEnd team. You will be responsible for problem determination and action plan creation for Lenovo hardware break/fix service calls. Together with the experienced team, you are the primary technical interface to our clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and for the delivery of operational services.

To be successful in this role, your communication skills are critical – both with customers and colleagues. You will answer our clients’ and technicians’ questions, provide support on break/fix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests. Excellent Finnish and English language skills are required and we highly appreciate prior customer service experience.

Please note: the contract is part-time and fixed term. Weekly working hours are flexible and approximately 30 hours per week. We hope you could stay with us until the end of September 2025, but at least for 12 months. The employment start date will be in July 2024.
