As a scrum master at Gallup, you'll lead cross-functional software development efforts and facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos/reviews and retrospectives) to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met. Your ability to spot potential risks and troubleshoot solutions will be critical as you lead important technical projects to completion.

Partnering with the brightest and most innovative and engaging developers, designers and QA associates, you’ll grow and develop your scrum master skills by:

  • ensuring projects are sufficiently planned with the defined scope of work and delivered on schedule
  • overseeing complex projects and coordinating across other agile teams
  • monitoring project milestones and taking proactive steps to mitigate risk
  • ensuring quality standards are followed

What you need:

  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, MIS, business or a related field required
  • At least one year of professional work experience using agile scrum methodology required
  • Ability to work at Gallup’s Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days per week required
  • Technical project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Jira/confluence is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

At Gallup, we offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated salary range of $70K-$90K for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors including an individual's education, experience and skills. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
