Starts in the Consulting practice, in the AI&Data portfolio where we are looking to strengthen our team with an AI Product Manager for the Managed Analytics team. The Managed Analytics Team is a dynamic and highly skilled team responsible for the development and operations of complete AI and Data business solutions. Our ElevateAI methodology and platform has grown and evolved for over 10 years to keep up to date with the latest evolutions.

We are looking to strengthen our team with an AI Product manager colleague. In this role you will create value for our clients by leveraging our Deloitte AI&Data assets. These assets are developed using state of the art AI technologies, fully industrialized, and are aimed at solving industry or business specific challenges.

You will:

• Find opportunities to generate customer value using our AI asset portfolio and drive business development towards potential clients
• Manage end-to-end the implementation project and the roll-out of the assets at a client
• Ensure a smooth transition from the implementation to the operations phase
• Manage the product roadmap and drive product changes / improvements
• Spot opportunities for new products and build these new products
• Directly interact with the client stakeholders on very regular basis and build a relationship of trust
• Share your expertise, inspire clients and become a trusted advisor
• Work together with our industry and functional experts
• Coach and inspire the junior team members
• Be part of a fixed team of young and flexible AI & Data experts

Let's talk about you

• You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and 8+ years in the product and data domain.
• You have experience with large scale application development, and have sufficient active knowledge to coordinate (technical) application developers and system engineers
• You have a passion for technology, data and analytics and want to excel in it.
• You are experienced in project management and feel comfortable leading teams of up to 10 people
• You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in building relationships with clients.
• You are a team player with strong people management skills to drive a multidisciplinary team.
• You are entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership, delivering high quality results
• You have a good knowledge on agile Dev(Sec)Ops (CI/CD) development
• You are open to work in an international environment and manage hybrid local, near- and offshore teams.
• You obtained a master’s degree in IT, or have equivalent work experience
• Experience in the energy or utility market is a plus
• You are fluent in English. Dutch or French are an extra strength to allow working in a broader customer segment.
