Salary: $18.00/Hr
Hours: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:15p (Needs to be flexible, may have to stay extra hours depending on workload)
Job Description:
. Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant
experience
. Ability to work with other team members in achieving daily tasks/goals.
. Mechanically inclined
. Ability to read a tape measure.
. Ability to follow written and oral instructions (English)
. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
. Problem solving skills.
. Detail oriented.
. Understanding of production processes
. Able to Lift up to 50lbs.
. Stand for 8hrs.
Responsibilities
. Set up machinery for operation.
. Work with Team Lead on daily scheduled production runs.
. Start machinery and adjust machinery when necessary to improve quality and
performance
. Troubleshoot issues.
. Clean machinery and maintain a clean and organized area.
. Assist Assembly team in production planning and achieving daily tasks/goals.
