Position Overview
The Logistics Transformation Program Analyst will support the on-going strategic transformation of Ralph Lauren’s North America Logistics operations network. The successful candidate should have a history of working within project environments, including developing and implementing project plans and developing executive communications / presentations. Extensive knowledge of work analysis tools and techniques is preferred.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE. The following constitutes the experience level of the ideal candidate.
o Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a technical field (engineering, logistics / supply chain, operations research, information systems, mathematics, etc.) with experience in transportation/logistics (or equivalent)
o Extensive experience with formal project management in an operational / logistics / supply chain environment.
o Working knowledge of logistics / supply chain processes & systems, with apparel & footwear industry a plus
o Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Strong decision making and follow-up skills
o Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
o Extreme attention to detail
o Strong organizational skills
o Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing business/project/program needs
o Intermediate-to-strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
o Able to work in a team environment.
o Demonstrated command of the English language, both written and oral
o Ability to attend and contribute effectively to meetings.
o Ability to provide internal teams with relevant information.
o Able to effectively prioritize work assignments.
o Ability to develop effective working relationships at all organizational levels
o Ability to acquire new applications skills and/or process, researching independently
o Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision.
o Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
