THE TEAM

The mission of the Concierge Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day Concierge business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate the team responsible for effective and efficient business performance by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence across Concierge. As the Director, Concierge Integration, you will play a pivotal role in championing the seamless execution of key cross-functional programs and functions through excellent operational management of people, process, technology, and space. With people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia — while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE

As the Director, Concierge Integration, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of work across the division.
• Ensure the most important programs are executed perfectly and continuously improved.
• Project manage or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives.
• Seamlessly execute the integration of events.
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the division.
• Ensure division tools support business needs.
• Provide business-driven, simple, and relevant information to the division.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Concierge Integration has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role and the appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
