KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and OKRs.
  • Scope and lead the development of new product features that will increase the financial health of our users
  • Drive strong communication and alignment up, down and sideways within the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • 4+ years of Product Analyst experience & hands-on in SQL
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills .
  • Experience working with business stakeholders from many disciplines (compliance, operations, technology, etc.) to set the product strategy, define features, and prioritize and manage scope to operate in an iterative agile delivery framework.
  • Experience with dynamic content delivery, systems supporting both end users and internal agent facing systems and with delivering both online and within the enterprise.
  • Experience supporting a multi-national (US, IN & MX) workforce and multi-cultured end user base.
  • Understanding of modern architecture design principles and technologies in order to work with developers on the design and build of features.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
