Position intro

You will responsible for filing and documentation of HSE and you will responsible for time schedule for inspection at subcontractor premises and checking HSE document preparation on customer site. You will report to HSE & QA Manager.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and compliance levels to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Manage waste disposal and pollution control initiatives to minimize environmental impact and ensure sustainable operations.
  • Conduct audits of HSE systems and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • To follow certification and maintain for HSE activities.
  • Maintain a documented system of all quality plans and QC record.
  • Recommend Safety and inspection requirements, with the management member.
  • Ensure compliance and understanding of safety plans being used, by performing awareness training where and.
  • Collate completed product HSE records for filing purposes.
  • Participate in Management meeting selectively.
  • Maintain a documented system of all HSE management system for HSE record

What should you bring?

  • Minimum Major Health and Safety Engineering or equivalent
  • 1+ years of work relevant experience in Health and Safety Engineer or equivalent
  • Knowledge laws Health and Safety
  • Knowledge laws Environment
  • Have AK3 certificate.
  • Knowledge on ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and SMK3 Standard
  • Adhere principles.
  • Meet Customer Expectations Procedure
  • Adapt and respond to change
