  • Banstead Primary Care Network (part time max 30 hrs approx)

Tattenham Health Centre, Tattenham Crescent, Epsom Downs, KT18 5NU

This role will be working with both Matrons and Community Teams.

We are the Banstead Integrated Community Service (BICS) within the Banstead Primary Care Network (PCN) and offer an extensive range of services to thousands of residents in our community. The rewards are plentiful.   • East Elmbridge (part time only)

(Emberbrook District Nursing Hub, 16 Raphael Drive, Thames Ditton, KT7 0BL)

Here in East Elmbridge, we have a very strong team spirit at our core and you are very well supported to deliver the best patient care. We have two sites we operate from. Molesey Community Hospital, where you’ll find our truly fantastic hospital team, along with our Community Hub of incredible Matrons, Healthcare Assistants, Care Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Paramedics. In Thames Ditton, at the Emberbrook Health Centre, you will find our most amazing District Nursing team. We are fortunate that both sites offer ample free parking. It's a very exciting time to join and if you’re interested in becoming a part of the team here in East Elmbridge we would love to hear from you.

  • Dorking

Medwyn Centre, Reigate Road, Dorking RH4 1SD

Dorking community nursing team cover central Dorking & the beautiful surrounding villages of Surrey. Dorking can be described as a charming market town, surrounded by the beautiful Surrey Hills, whilst you are working in the community you can catch a glimpse of the wooded hills and open landscape & as you drive through the streets of Dorking you can experience the historic streets of the town. Dorking is close to the M25 with good aces from Guilford and London. Making Dorking an excellent place to work. Flexible hours can be considered- during the day we cover 8.30-18.30 and have a twilight team from 18.30-23.30hrs. We work closely with the GP practices , Matrons , physio, hospices and Dorking community hospital to deliver interventions such as blood tests , wound care right through to high level complex care with the aim of avoiding hospital admissions .   • Leatherhead Primary Care Network

Leatherhead Hospital, Poplar Road, Leatherhead, KT22 8SD

Leatherhead PCN team will be undergoing transformation as part of SDHC business plan . As part of this transformation, successful applicants may be required to work from a different base in the future and will be part of the consultation process for this. 

This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic registered nurses to come and join the innovative community nursing team at Leatherhead Primary Care.
