The Search and Social Coordinator is responsible for planning, collating assets and documenting integrated search and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. By fostering collaboration between search and social media specialists, this role ensures correct communication and assets are available between paid search campaigns and paid social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Planning: Assist the Search and Social Lead in planning integrated search and social media strategies aligned with overall digital marketing objectives.
  • Asset Management: Collate and organize assets (such as ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments) for use in paid search and social media campaigns. Ensure that all assets are properly formatted and optimized for each platform and campaign objective. Maintain a centralized repository of assets for easy access and reference by the search and social media teams.
  • Communication Facilitation: Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of paid search campaigns and paid social media initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the Search and Social Lead.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, tactics, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in search and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge in paid search and social platform algorithms, creative optimization levers and broader understanding of industry trends. (e.g. Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase)
  • Proficient level of English language
