  • Providing services thru CS walk in (face to face) for various transaction request or inquiries and complaints received from customers, business partners and agents, according to SOP and TAT
  • Ensure all services meet the targets quality and comply with Compliance regulations Escalating to internal and external parties to provide solutions
  • Ensure all services are documented according to SOP Actively participate in pro-active customer contact programs by utilizing various technologies provided in the form of cost saving and continuous improvement (CI)
  • Provide services to customers and agents through telephone accurately, timely and pro-actively according to SOP and TAT
  • Escalating to internal and external parties to provide solutions to give beyond expectation client experience
