SALARY RANGE : THB 72,000 - THB 95,000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Cash Flow Management:

  • Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting processes to support business decision-making

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and develop the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
  • Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance and accounting team

Taxation:

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and oversee tax filings
  • Identifying and managing tax risks that may impact the company's financial performance or reputation

Others:

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement
  • Identify key areas of weaknesses within the current processes and provide suggestions for improvements
  • Be a capable business partner to all stakeholders and provide financial advice and solutions to issues within the finance scope;
  • Work closely with business and enabler leaders, to understand how operations impacts the business and ensure business and operations team are aligned with our long term goal and objective

  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Independently managing multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
  • Good time management 
  • Strong team player 
  • Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 8 years experience in the related field
  • Quick and resourceful in obtaining market and industry information and applying them to the analyse business impact
  • Worked closely with cross-functional business and enabler teams (business partnering)
  • Candidates with some experience in audit will have an added advantage
  • ⦁ Candidates that have already obtained or are pursuing a professional qualification (eg. ACCA, CPA, etc.) will have an added advantage
