Primary Skills: -
- Voip protocol such as VOIP /H323/MGCP, good under standing of CUCM , Voice gateways etc.
- Fiewall , cisco asa , NAT , ACL, Security protocols , TCP/IP, application layer protocols , Ip sec lan to lan , vpn etc.
- basic trouble shooting skills , virtulization , prefered 7k/9k experience, excellentCCna skills, switching concepts etc.
Secondary skills: -
- Should be excellent communication and english speaking skills .
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go to extra mile to perform work responsibilities .
Qualifications
- Btech or 15 year full education
- Two or more year of experience in internation contact center working in technical or semi technical
- willing to work in 24/ 7 enviorment
- Location-Gurugram capgemini office
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot level 1/2/3 netowrk issue of enterprise customers
- Achive all defined metrics and SLA
- Provide best in class customer services , problem resolution nd technical troubleshooting to customer queries over phone /web support.
- Clarify customer requirements and confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
