- 8+years’ experience in Salesforce Service cloud, and Salesforce platform (Force.com).
- Salesforce certifications, including Certified Technical Architect (CTA), are highly desirable.
- Must have SFDC Certified Developer (Platform Developer I & PD2) and Salesforce Administrator Certified
- In Depth understanding of all business scenarios achievable from out of the box Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Must have experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.
- Good to have understanding on the CTI integration between Five 9 and Salesforce.
- Well versed with Salesforce security Model. (Specially role-based sharing model)
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Masking scenarios
- Strong LWC development skills.
- At least 6 years’ experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience of creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
- A demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects (5 years, minimum)
- Exposure in Global Design templates for large scale enterprises with multiple business units
- Advanced knowledge and experience of implementing Lightning Components
- Expert knowledge around configuration, integration, and customization (Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, consuming and providing REST/SOAP API, WSDL, Force.com Migration Tool)
- Experience working in Visual Studio Code, GitLab for code repository.
- Declarative customization including the creation of Custom objects, Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
- To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
- Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
- Interact directly with clients, managers, and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
- Oversee and govern the implementation along with the team of developers.
- List & review the list of Standard Objects which are currently used by the customer, ensure the availability of these objects in Lightning & plan the next steps accordingly.
- Developing troubleshooting programs and supervising system modifications.
