Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Intune Administrator with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Intune environment, along with supporting our SCCM infrastructure. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our endpoint management systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and administer Microsoft Intune environment, including configuration, policies, and device management.
  2. Design and implement Intune policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices to meet security and compliance requirements.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues, including device enrolment, application deployment, and compliance reporting.
  4. Collaborate with IT security team to ensure Intune configurations align with security best practices and compliance standards.
  5. Assist in the migration of on-premises SCCM infrastructure to Intune, including the transition of device management policies and application deployments.
  6. Support SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
  7. Monitor system health and performance of Intune and SCCM environments, proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
  8. Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for Intune and SCCM environments.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in endpoint management technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Intune Administrator, managing enterprise-level environments.
  3. Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune architecture, policies, and configurations.
  4. Hands-on experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), including software distribution, patch management, and OSD (Operating System Deployment).
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including integration with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  6. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  7. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate are a plus.
