This position sits in our Creative Marketing service based in Copenhagen. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots.

JOB PURPOSE

We are growing our Programmatic team, which is on a growth journey of specialists within digital advertising and ad-tech. Hence, we are looking for a Senior Programmatic Specialist to take on a global portfolio of clients, and help develop and drive our offering forward.

We are currently focusing on expanding our programmatic offering (display, video, audio, dooh etc.) and have a lot of traction and opportunities within our current client portfolio, as well as new business opportunities across DEPT® offices globally. 

You have your own client portfolio where you are responsible for both strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting, in close collaboration with our client service team. Your daily work is a mix of executional campaign and client related work, and involvement in commercial opportunities.

Although we have grown a lot over the last few years, our agency still feels small and intimate and you will be part of a vibrant environment with clever minds that work for a variety of large global and Danish clients, with the opportunity to work closely with our other Dept offices and their clients around the world. We are eager to hire the most talented experts in the game but we are also looking for a perfect fit. Someone who is eager to learn, inspires, takes the stage and someone who will toast to a successful week with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, Campaign Manager, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.
  • With your knowledge you develop a plan that not only advises the most suitable creatives, but also how we effectively reach the target group and efficiently achieve the client’s objectives. 
  • You translate the results into insights, advice and new plans that you can present clearly at every level.
  • Devise strategies and turn them into best in class tactics for great clients.
  • You are constantly looking for the latest developments and opportunities that add value for the customer and are critical of the work we deliver. 
  • Assist on pitches from a programmatic point of view.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • +4 years of experience executing programmatic campaigns from start to finish (display, video, audio etc.).
  • Experience with GMP products - especially DV360 and CM360 (other DSPs and GMP products are a plus).
  • Experience with creating strategic proposals for and campaign plans for programmatic channels.
  • Experience or willingness to engage in commercial and pitch activity - both making proposals and presenting for clients.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish, as well as advanced proficiency in English.
