Job Description

You will learn the business of building cabinets. 

If you like making things, this is a wonderful job for you. We will give you all the skills you need to do this work safely and the support you need to grow at the company. You will be paid weekly and our benefits are best-in-class.

The important stuff:

Pay

• Offering eligible candidates a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 1st shift and $2,000 sign-on bonus for 3rd shift!
• Starting at $17 +/hour and may vary based on previous experience
• $1/hr shift differential offered for off-shifts 
• Perfect Attendance Bonus of up to an additional $1,000 a year

Shift

• 1st Shift hours are approximately 6 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• 3rd Shift hours are from 7:45 PM to 6:15AM, Sunday night through Wednesday night
• We work a 4 day 10 hour schedule. Based on business needs, if overtime is necessary it is worked on Fridays.

Qualifications

What you will do

• You will lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 pounds to make our cabinets.
• You will be standing a lot.
• You will need to read measurements, calculate numbers and use hand held tools. 
• Some of the tools you will use include: held pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• If you’ve worked in a production environment before, we cannot wait to talk to you!
