Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, specifically with a focus on MDM.
• Expertise in Profisee MDM or similar MDM tools is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database technologies, and data integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data governance, data quality tools, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement industry known MDM solutions to manage and maintain master data.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify data domains and master data entities to be managed by the MDM solution.
• Develop data models and data mappings for MDM implementation.
• Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and user interfaces for MDM solution.
• Define and enforce data quality and data governance rules for master data.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and resolve complex data integrity issues.
• Integrate MDM solution with other data systems, such as Unified Data Platform (UDP).
• Conduct training sessions and provide advanced support to end-users.
• Document MDM processes, guidelines, and policies.
