We are looking for a skilled HR Compliance Analyst to help ensure compliance related to people, processes, and policies within HR. This role will be instrumental in the planning, development and execution of regionally required compliance activities. This role will be focused on monitoring, solving for, and communicating regulatory changes that will impact Worldpay employees and services.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain knowledge of current regional applicable laws and regulations, and upcoming changes.
  • Offers guidance on implementing regulatory changes and government responses.
  • Respond to HR compliance related inquiries internally, Respond to HR Compliance Audits and government agencies locally.
  • Performs periodic reviews and assessments of compliance activities to ensure that regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
  • Conducts compliance assessments and provides direction on any deficiencies detected by those assessments.
  • Participates in development of compliance sessions/presentations.
  • Participates in training promoting compliance awareness.
  • Interfaces with legal counsel and federal, state and local agencies, as needed to address regulatory or compliance issues, concerns or questions.
  • In-depth understanding of various labor laws such Miscellaneous Provisions act, Employee Provident Fund (EPF), and National Pension System (NPS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge related to Data Protection and Privacy laws, Leave Policies and Regulations, and Anti-Harassment requirements, termination requirements.

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Comprehensive knowledge of at least one substantive area of HR compliance • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to understand technical documents and legal or regulatory reference materials
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations
  • Ability to apply creative problem solving techniques to people and compliance issues
  • Ability to follow and conduct a compliance monitoring program
  • Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences and deal effectively with confidential issues that are sensitive in nature
