- 按照相关SOP/WI中checklist的要求，巡视检查设备状况及其安全防范。
- Check equipment operating status and safety device as required in the related SOP/WI checklist.
- 对巡视过程发现的异常和故障，及时进行排除，并通知相关影响单位。
- Troubleshoot the anomalies and faults found in the inspection process in time, and notify the relevant affected departments.
- 根据SOP/WI 中PM的要求，完成设备的预防性保养，保证设备长期运行的稳定性
- According to the requirements of the PM in SOP/WI, complete the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure the long-term stability of the equipment.
- 按照GDP要求，完成设备检查记录，维修记录，保养记录的填写。
- Fill in equipment inspection records, maintenance records and maintenance records according to GDP requirements.
- 根据校准计划，完成设施设备，仪器及计量表的定期校验。
- According to the calibration plan, complete the regular calibration of facilities and equipment, instruments and meters.
- 管理外部供应商的现场维保和施工，最小化质量和安全风险。
- Manage site maintenance and construction from external suppliers to minimize quality and safety risks.
- 协助新厂务设备的安装和改善项目。
- Assist in new plant equipment installation and improvement projects.
- 严格遵守GMP、安全规则及环保准则，履行自己及部门的相关职责。
- Strictly abide by GMP, safety rules and environmental protection standards, and fulfill the relevant responsibilities of myself and the department.
- 协助完成设备档案、设备编号及标识标签管理等；
- Assist in the management of equipment files, equipment numbers and identification labels;
- 工程施工阶段监督、协调，并参与工程验收；
- Supervise and coordinate the project construction stage and participate in the project acceptance.
- 参与设施安装调试、IQ、OQ，配合PQ执行。
- Participate in facility installation and commissioning, IQ, OQ, and cooperate with PQ execution.
- 配合EHS、GMP审计，按发现项整改计划时间表，执行整改。
- Cooperate with EHS and GMP audit and implement rectification according to the found rectification plan schedule.
- 有跨部门合作沟通，处理异常的能力；
- Have the ability of cross function cooperation and communication.
- 上级安排的其他事宜；
- The other tasks arranged by the leaders.
