Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division is currently seeking a QA/QC Financial Analyst-Grant. This is a REMOTE position. 

The successful candidate will have extraordinary attention to minute detail and be responsible for executing and overseeing daily administrative duties assigned to them and performed by other staff under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Initial responsibilities may include:

• QA/QC of reviews of grant review activities, reconciliation of invoice and timesheet records 
• Support for the review and coordination of the Request for Reimbursement
• Assist in evaluating the fiscal administration of grant programs
• Manage, track, and evaluate the performance of grant funding reviews and the completion of other project processes
• Ensure the reviews completed by Grant Analysts were completed in a manner consistent with policies and procedures.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree and 2+ of related work experience with working knowledge of federal grant programs, specifically FEMA or CDBG-DR programs, including related statutes, regulations, policies and processes. Additional years additional industry experience may be substituted in lieu of degree:

• Office suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Word experience required)
• Must have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Work attentively with minimal supervision
• Adaptable to work on many different deliverables and maintain composure and professionalism
• Exceptional client service and communication skills to maintain outstanding Client relationship
