Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our international Partnerships team for a fixed term until approximately November 2025.

The Partnerships team at Printful is looking for a motivated and experienced business development professional to lead and manage new business initiatives for the company. This role demands a highly goal-oriented individual, adept at driving revenue growth through product partnerships, generating robust pipelines, and excelling in partner management. Working across multiple internal go-to-market teams, this role has high visibility and is vital in our continued growth globally. 

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities across existing and new verticals within the ecommerce space
• Researching partners, identifying key players, and generating interest of high-profile companies in the global ecommerce field 
• Creating a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Leading the creation of new business and product categories with a focus on revenue goals and sustainable growth opportunities
• Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on partnership performance on a regular basis
• Building a partner pipeline of new strategic business development opportunities
• Leading the partner negotiations, and product prioritization and collaborating with other departments on product adoption
• Managing partnership deliverables including reporting, invoice approvals, and ad hoc needs
• Owning the establishment of the partnerships program in the company 

What we expect from you: 

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• 3+ years experience with business development or partnerships in the technology industry
• Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading best-in-class partnerships, navigating opportunities, owning relationships, and contract negotiations
• Experience growing differentiated relationships with partners
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies
• A proven record of strategic thinking, with an innovative and goal-oriented mindset
• Autonomy in managing complex projects and keeping work streams on track

• Monthly salary EUR 2,000–3,000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
