I am Augustas Degutis, Head of Data and Analytics Norway, and looking for team members who are eager to join our fast-growing team. Do you want to work in the Data Platform team where you would develop, build and maintain our state-of-the-art data platform?

Job description

You will help us enhance and scale our Cloud Data Platform with dbt, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform. A typical day of work would be to understand the requirements from our users, then work on solutioning including doing POCs, collaborating with architects and engineers from other teams, collaborating with AWS support to solve problems, doing solution design, development, and deploying new capabilities or services in our platform and then educating our users on how best to use them in demos and workshops. We follow DevOps philosophy so operating our services in production, fixing bugs, helping our users with their issues is also part of the routine work.

You are someone who enjoys analyzing complex problems, can communicate and develop your suggested solutions. You take ownership of your areas of responsibility and bring in your colleagues for collaboration when needed.

Must have skills

• Strong programming background, solid Python skills
• Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Cloud Formation)
• Solid experience in DevOps
• Good experience in developing on AWS
• Some experience with Kubernetes or Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

Bonus if you have experience from any of the following

• Setup and administration of Apache Airflow, dbt. Snowflake
• Data warehousing and SQL tuning and optimization
• Spark, Kafka

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 4086 Eur (gross) to 6128 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
