Job Description

Position overview:

Medical Representatives will identify customer needs, support pull-through of demand generation activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensure that our company is viewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and their patients.

The Representative is responsible for thoroughly understanding the dynamics within the territory (e.g. impact of managed care, customers, competitors, patient demographics) and for drawing upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive Business action plan by cycle

  • Meet required knowledge of product; disease; regulation and policy in VN pharmaceutical industry

Business Planning

Based on understanding of our company strategies and brand strategies and

Knowledge of territory; account’s operation; customers’s perspective; market dynamic, Vietnam Pharmaceutical policies and regulations

To Identify short and long-term business opportunities and define smart business objectives

And develop business action for each business cycle to utilize company’s resources to achieve business objectives

Account Plan Implementation and Tracking

  • Execute business action plan in assigned territory to ensure achieved KPIs as business action plan.
  • Monthly track KPIs and share the progress with District Manager
  • Well collaborate with support teams: Marketing; tender; medical; SFE… in implementation and other team to maximize company resources.
  • Proactively propose to adjust activities if any challenges or opportunities (environment; policies; regulation; competitiveness…) which impact to business.
  • Display professional our company MR during interaction with customers and bring good solutions for HCPs and patients

Administration

  • Ensure compliance with company policy, maintain accurate customer call records and ensure all data entered to our system
  • Reporting in timely & accurate manner as required
  • Active participation in team meetings, training & development programs.

Desired Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Pharmacist; Medical Doctor
  • 1+ years pharmaceutical sales role
  • Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy
  • Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems

Preferred

  • Previous secondary care sales experience
  • Previous experience within the Therapeutic area and/or customer base
  • Key account management experience including clinical and administrative customers
  • Business Acumen Skills
  • Business Management Skills: Planning and execution
  • Customer management skills: Segmentation &Targeting and Customer Engagement
