Quality Engineer & Quality Department has taken ultimate responsible and ownership on product quality management both internal trigger and external feedback. We will be as third party as customer representative in house to ensure that customer will receive our parts with good quality to serve with customer satisfaction.
About the role - you will:
- Quality Representative and be focal person between downstream and upstream.
- Quality Representative for internal quality control on product management.
- Quality communication, provide and validate corrective and preventive action.
- Manage VOC (Voice of Customer) & Process Quality & Product Quality along the supply chain. Take lead, coordinate, and participate on quality issue.
- Hands-on 1st level analysis groundwork to validate issue before reassigning to appropriate owner to pursue CA and follow up via 8D Tools.
- Hands-on 1st level material containment and manage any stop ship stop build system including as internal holding on non-conformance parts via system.
About you:
- 8D Concept & Problem-Solving Method is required.
- Quality Management Tools (PDCA, FMEA, Fish Bone) is required.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) is required.
- AQL Sampling Plan Knowledge is required.
- Fluent on Microsoft Tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Your experience includes:
- Other Programming Tools (Tableau, JMP, KNIME, Oracle SQL) is preferable.
- Communication Skill frequently speak English is preferable.
- Lean Management and thinking concept are preferable.
