Job Description

This is a Senior Finance Executive position for Collins Aerospace –Engineering having locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This position will report to Finance Manager. This position will extensively partner with Internal and External stake holders (Engineering, Global and local finance, banks, tax, Supply Chain, Legal, HR etc.)

• Computation and entering financial data such as accruals, Prepaid, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports
• Prepare schedules for Balance Sheet Review (ARMS) and follow-up on aged items
• Generating financial reports
• Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts
• Supporting the Auditor, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as needed
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger
• Processing of International payments (Goods and Services)
• Filing of TDS returns
• Co-ordination with Auditors and Bankers for assigned areas

Skillset requirement

• Expert Knowledge of GL Accounting
• Basic knowledge on Indian taxes (Corporate taxes, GST, Withholding Taxes)
• Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Self-motivated individual who can foster a culture of business partnership and support

Education qualification / Experience

• Post Graduate \ MBA Finance with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Global MNC experience (including IT / ITES) with is an added advantage;
• Exposure to SAP
