Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for Maintenance Section Manager who will apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
This is permanent role based in Rayong, Thailand.
What you will do
As a Maintenance Section Manager, you will:
- Drive and execute overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, directing and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and calibration activities.
- Drive the equipment reliability through WCM methodology and maintenance strategy.
- Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy.
- Expenses control for department and production equipment, seeking opportunities for expenses reduction in Spare Parts area of Maintenance.
- Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure.
- Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input in SAP system.
- Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization. Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including backup plan.
- Drive safety follow regulations and innovation to improve energy consumption.
We believe you have
- At least 7-8 years maintenance experience with at least 3-5 years at managerial level
- Hands on experience and knowledge in PLC, SCADA, AC/DC Motors Control and Driver
- Competence including maintenance activities and projects, production processes, quality, audit systems and procedures, WCM methodology and safety-hygiene-environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to listen, convey and influence others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skill to lead, develop and motivate teams
- Good command in English and Thai
