We’re seeking a Junior Software Manual Tester with a military background in communication technician tools for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.

In this position, you will Writing Testes according to ORS, Test execution Functional, Non-Functional Defect management, participating with formal milestones with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process's results

Requirements

• Familiarize with IDF networks and communication systems - must
• Experience with training procedures and protocols with land forces - must
• Seniority as TL in the army - must
• Military background from the Armored Corps / Armed forces - an advantage
• Highly motivated
• Willing to learn and have good technical skills
• Willing to travel to remote locations South & north
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently
• A problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
