We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network and Infrastructure Manager to lead our IT operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network and infrastructure systems. 

Network Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.
• Ensure network connectivity, availability, and performance meet business requirements.

Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and data centers.
• Optimize infrastructure resources to support business operations and growth.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, system administrators, and infrastructure specialists.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to foster professional development and ensure high performance.

Security and Compliance:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization's network and infrastructure assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.

Vendor Management:

• Evaluate and select vendors and technology solutions that align with the organization's network and infrastructure strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize the impact of potential disruptions to business operations.
• Conduct regular tests and drills to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans.

Budgeting and Planning:

• Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
• Forecast future infrastructure needs and recommend investment strategies to support growth and innovation.
• Proven experience in network and infrastructure management, with at least [3 years] of leadership experience.
• Strong technical expertise in networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Experience with network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent are desirable.
• Experience working in global companies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
