Job Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Service and Marketing for Continuing Education will manage front-line customer service responsibilities for Continuing Education, including phone, email, and walk-in service. This individual will also work directly with marketing and academic leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies for Continuing Education programming. 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree and relevant program experience. Preferred candidate will have bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant program experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have direct customer service and marketing experience related to working with continuing education programs. Candidate will have experience assisting continuing education students before, during, and after enrollment, advising and supporting students with onboarding, and experience leading and executing events related to continuing education programs. Working knowledge identifying long-term and short-term marketing goals and needs and ensuring full implementation of marketing strategies is essential. This position works independently and in teams, using sound judgment and discretion with a minimum degree of supervision. Must work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment while providing exemplary customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills, effective written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with a minimum degree of supervision.
