As Talent Services Lead, you will be responsible for executing the talent management, performance, learning & development agenda across the company. Some of your main accountabilities will be implementing and managing learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance; ensuring smooth employee performance evaluation cycle with query management, communication, and system testing; providing administrative support for learning and talent programmes, and employee engagement activities.

You will manage a team of three specialists and will report directly to the HR Operations Director, all based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The role will collaborate closely with the Talent Centre of Expertise (COE), responsible for the talent strategy, as well as HR and Business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimize organizational performance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage Learning & Development operations, ensuring efficient learning delivery and overseeing JM's learning systems to support business goals.
  • Partner with Talent COE to maintain governance over learning content and standards, including vendor management.
  • Oversee Performance Management processes, guiding the development of performance tools and monitoring performance conversations.
  • Lead Talent Management initiatives, including talent pool management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Drive engagement efforts by conducting surveys, handling queries, and providing data analysis for culture and engagement metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement through project leadership, performance reporting, evaluation of training programs, and staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources within an international and fast-paced environment (at least 3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with talent management, learning & development, performance, employee engagement activities.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, confidently engaging with diverse stakeholders and effectively conveying ideas.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, coupled with strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • People management experience is desired to ensure high quality service delivery and develop team’s professional capabilities.
