JOB INPUTS

  • Works directly with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies in the processing of client’s vehicle licensing requirements. 
  • Completes state licensing documents efficiently and accurately for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment.
  • Works with internal and external clients to ensure proper licensing of customer vehicles, as well as make recommendations on best practices.
  • Responds to license related inquires via multiple platforms.
  • Processes licensing work, through our internal online systems, through working directly with State Division of Motor Vehicle, and through working with a third party licensing vendor.
  • Works closely with Supply Chain Support Coordinator and/or Process Facilitator on specific projects, escalations, workload distribution, and client requests. 
  • Researches and communicates changes in state laws and requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expert in various States on licensing procedures.
  • Assist with training new and existing employees and assists co-workers with questions.
  • Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting supply chain & licensing delays and working through alternative solutions.
  • Works with clients to ensure all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing and delivery paperwork.
  • Proactive follow up on licensing to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Ensure we are providing Raving Fans Customer Service to both internal and external clients.
  • Prompt and thorough response to inquiries.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required 
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 1 year experience in administrative services or related fields
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and/or Supply Chain processes helpful; but not necessary
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgement and discretion
  • Applies knowledge; has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.32 - $30.14 USD per hour.
