We’re looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist, Program & Construction Management (PMCM) Infrastructure to join our team. This position works proactively to support business development, help build client relationships and work with various teams to create winning proposal submissions/presentations and communications in the pursuit of specific project opportunities to achieve PMCM financial and market leadership goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nitty gritty details —an energetic team player who can communicate effectively, manage multiple projects at the same time, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to Marketing Manager, PMCM, the Senior Marketing Specialist PMCM (Infrastructure) provides marketing leadership and support to the Program and Construction Management (PMCM) team and Infrastructure Leadership by communicating and ensuring an understanding of the strategic direction for PMCM. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, meet aggressive deadlines, and prepare designed-to-win proposals and engaging presentations.
The role also includes working with a larger Stantec team of Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and Communications professionals to build our brand awareness and identify market opportunities for top line growth.

Salary Range(s):
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave.
