Your Mission

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Professional Services Director will play a pivotal role within the Americas Professional Services team, focusing on leading the implementation of the UiPath Enterprise Platform for Public Sector customers.

The Director will be instrumental in driving the success and expansion of Professional Services by delivering exceptional service and value to our clients while fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth. This involves strategizing and executing plans to enhance the adoption, utilization, and growth of UiPath software solutions in the Public Sector.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead Professional Services engagements, overseeing the implementation of UiPath solutions in the Public Sector and achieving successful project delivery
  • Provide expertise and guidance in the technical aspects of the initial implementation stages and critical milestones, making sure solutions meet client requirements and best practices
  • Select and evaluate RPA Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects who will be involved in project delivery
  • Collaborate with the development team to create solutions that are sustainable and drive customer adoption
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UiPath Platform and its capabilities to effectively lead engagements and provide solutions
  • Mentor technical engineers looking to grow their careers in RPA
  • Work with a truly incredible technical team that will move mountains to help our customers
  • Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution
  • Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem

What you'll bring to the team

  • Professional services delivery experience in the Public Sector
  • TS/SCI Security clearance
  • Computer Science degree
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
  • Previous experience in the implementation support domain is a must
  • 2+ years of experience developing in UiPath
  • Knowledge of other RPA platforms a plus
  • Experience in infrastructure-related technology
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, on-site with the customer
  • We are seeking process-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus
