The Sr. Creative Program Manager drives the schedule, development, and execution of end to end packaging artwork and label content and manufacturing as it applies to eero products. Your role starts from the packaging/label content concept phase and continues through pre-production prototyping phases until PVT/ramp and post ramp qualification for sustaining programs. You drive the packaging and label content development process across functional stakeholders including product, marketing, legal, supply chain, packaging engineering, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. This role is dedicated to managing product, legal, and sustainability claims, as well as substantiation towards those claims. A design and operational scope is required, with experience in product design, consumer packaging/labeling, artwork development, printing, color controls, product lifecycle management (PLM), and factory qualification. To be successful in this role, you must follow a systematic process to develop content requirements cross-functionally, determine schedules and milestones for execution within program expectations, and effectively manage prototype, production, and post-ramp file release. You are the type of person who proactively identifies gating decisions, gathers data inputs, drives down selection, and reports on program progress.
