  • Monitor, review, and execute all facets of the SCAAF project by providing exceptional technical and field activities. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong technical functions throughout the implementation, execution, and project closeout of the project.
  • Coordination and scheduling of multiple vendors across multiple sites with data gathering in support of the SCAAF program.
  • Chair Projects Meeting with all project stakeholders including clients, engineering firms and electrical vendors supporting the project.
  • Oversee the implementation of LOTO programs across multiple facilities.
  • Audit updated electrical single-line drawings for accuracy.
  • Arc Flash program implementation site audits
  • Manage collection and repository for all documentation associated with project.
  • Perform QA reviews of all deliverables.
  • Implement and oversee corrective actions for any deviations/ deficiencies.
  • Manage a Lessons Learned report.
  • Develop and execute an electrical infrastructure site assessment report.
  • Monitor budget, schedule, scope, risks, changes
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Have experience with all commissioning processes and deliverables covered in ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED commissioning requirements. 

Additional Expectations 

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA. 
  • Assist the team in meeting the demanding workload. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently. 
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment. 
  • Strong troubleshooting & root-cause analysis skills. 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • A recognized university technical degree or equivalent. Engineering Degree is preferred. 
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant electrical engineering and/or field-testing. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical infrastructure project management
  • Strong data management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Office products. 
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedules. 

Desired: 

  • Professional Engineer/PE or PMP designation is considered an asset. 
  • Any (or combination) of BCxP/CEM/CBCP/CPMP designations is considered an asset. 
  • NETA Certification
  • NFPA-70E Certification
  • Electrical Log-Out Tag-Out Experience
  • Licensed Electrician
  • Thermography Certification
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when needed. 
  • Ability to use electrical testing meters and equipment and analyze and report on test results including Power Quality Meters (PQM), thermography, NETA tests, ground tests, hi-pot, megger, etc. is an asset. 
  • Working knowledge of commissioning software platforms, CxAlloy, FacilityGrid etc.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
