Job Description
Spa Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist to perform different types of massages , beauty treatments, and wellness therapies, depending on guest's needs and preferences.
- Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure, hands-on treatment, cleanliness, room ambience, and overall spa experience.
- The responsibilities include greeting and welcoming spa guests, informing guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit guests’ needs.
- You should also be able to recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.
- At all times you must be representative of the qualities of someone delivering luxury service standards.
- To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy and the facility
- Monitors, maintains and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables and work tools.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
- Certified as Spa Therapist
- With good English communication skills
- With pleasing personality and a well focused individual
- Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task
