YOUR ROLE

• Ensuring proper maintenance of all machines and equipment to avoid downtime
• Developing and implementing repair and maintenance procedures, monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, priorities spending to achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards
• Coaching and mentoring technician and assisting to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems
• Evaluating, selecting as well as manage relationships with external contractors to minimize costs and ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
• Supervising team members to ensure that assigned tasks be completely done by meeting operational standard

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Engineering field
• Minimum 5years working experience of operation/ production field in manufacturing industry
• Has management experience in supervisor level at least 3 years
• High leadership skill
• Good English communication skill
