Job Description

  • Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints.
  • Maintain high standards of customer services at the Reception desk so that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Responsible for day to day operations of Front Office Department. Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written

communication; analytical and

reasoning skills; well versed with

problem solving techniques.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge about Opera would be an advantage.
