Job Description

Job Title: Switchboard Operator

Location: St Andrews, Scotland

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you!

As Switchboard Operator you will ensure that all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently, and that all messages and enquiries are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

• To answer all incoming calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner
• To have a full working knowledge of the switchboard
• To be able to communicate with guests, staff and customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
• To be able to advise guests on all international, credit card and reverse change calls and any other operator assisted calls

Qualifications

• Pleasant, well spoken with good English
• Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
• Energetic and passionate to work
• Innovative approach to work
