The Sales Support specialist is responsible for assisting primarily sales and finance teams in completing a defined set of sales activities primarily within the lead to order lifecycle.

This individual is a self-motivated performer with a support mindset and willing to develop expertise within the lead to order process. Sales Support team members are dedicated to provide end-to-end sales support for the Banking organization while delivering contract and order management and performing a range of tasks as needed to accelerate the deal. 

Coordinating between relevant internal and external parties and ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales (lead-to-order) and, especially, delivery (order-to-cash) processes is highly needed. 

  • Utilize a collaborative skillset to manage multiple day-to-day activities simultaneously to complete work products with members of the Sales organization, utilizing additional shared and local Sales Support team members as needed
  • Perform activities across the lead to order lifecycle, including preparing sales for deal reviews and approvals, developing contracts for key deals, and consolidating pricing for the solution proposal
  • Assess specific opportunity-level inputs and requirements, consistently applying knowledge of the business and sales lifecycle 
  • Manage a variety of complex activities across a diverse range of deals and accounts, while increasing in specialization, expertise, and ownership of critical and strategic opportunity requests
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of entire sales organization structure and collaborative requirements to accelerate business goals and deliver customer value
  • Leverage tools and technology, enablement materials, and other resources to perform Sales Support tasks and activities
  • Serve as a critical support system to Account Managers and sales teams to activities across the deal lifecycle, including account planning, opportunity identification and assessment, solution scoping, deal proposal, pricing, contract development, and post-sale escalations
  • Coordinate with local resources to accomplish requests that need to address local complexities
  • Collaborate with other functional groups across the organization including, but not limited to, SMEs, Solution Sales, Legal, and Pricing
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support / Operations teams (Preferably services and/ or hardware/ software product Sales Support)
  • Strong command of English
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Understanding of the lead to order lifecycle and the critical activities that fall under Sales Support scope
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and effectively with customers and other Sales Support resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple activity requests simultaneously while still meeting and exceeding set KPIs and key metrics
  • Knowledge of the local markets, vendors, and the regulatory environment
  • Willingness to learn about new tools and technology, including sales-related platforms such as SAP /Salesforce.com
  • Collaborative mindset that enables consistent development and teaming

  • Experience in a multinational business organization 
  • Highly self-motivated individual who can take initiative, solution oriented and a entrepreneur type of personality. 
  • Being self oriented, having urgent sense of responsibility with a positive can- do attitude and a hands-on mindset to work independently, focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment & customer and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements
  • Proven track record in analysis techniques such as; data analysis and process analysis
