YOUR ROLE

As a Network Integration consultant, your day-by-day goal will be to improve overall network performance for our customers. Your key activities will be, including but not limited to:

• Be responsible for wireless deployment methods design, automation, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control according to customer requirements.
• Cooperate with project team to meet with customer for clarifying requirements, making technical discussion and wireless solution design, make pilot tests.
• Prepare and provide necessary technical documents for customer, such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Test Report, etc.
• Troubleshooting for complicated wireless problems, identify bottlenecks, and solve the customer wireless method/tool issues with the help of Huawei TAC and R&D team.
• Provide technical training to use wireless methods to customers and partners.
• Be responsible for the achieving customer Key performance indicators about method development (successful pilots, automation level, amount of tool/method issues, number of incidents related to method issues, productivity improvement related to the developed methods).

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent study with wireless engineering experience;
• Basic knowledge of Telecom phases (university level);
• Tools: Know-how in Huawei OMC (is a plus); XML (is a plus);
• Portuguese and English knowledge is mandatory;
• Multi-vendor knowledge is a plus (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson);
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting of wireless technical problems.
• Knowledge in Open-Ran protocols is a plus;
• Knowledge in BI, Data Processing, SQL and Scripting (ex: Python) is a plus;
• Troubleshooting for complicated wireless problems.
