The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Focus on delivery of MF value proposition and strengthen asset growth from customer value angle.
  • Extend on-shelf products to diversify portfolio and enrich product lines to increase market competitiveness.
  • Identify product value for different business line or customer segment and coordinate with business partner to expand market share.
  • Simplify MF process to satisfy client journey to have user friendly proposition compared with other banks.
  • Comply regulation & governance and seek business opportunity

Business

  • To achieve MF budget and KPI.
  • Build up business plan and provide target setting to promote sales performance and strengthen client relationship.
  • Increase client penetration by segment deepening/ broadening and portfolio analysis.
  • Increase digital channel penetration and revenue for MF product.
  • Simplify process via system enhancement to make sales process efficient and uplift business capacity.
  • Co-work with stakeholders to uplift sales & product specialists’ productivity and leveraged by scorecard mechanism and resource.
  • Obey regulation & policy to have risk control and improve contract terms with business partners.

Processes

  • Excellent knowledge of MF products & processes.
  • Simplification by automatic process.
  • Efficient implement according to regulation change/ group governance.

Risk Management

  • Deliver relevant data and information in timely manner.
  • Pass audit/FEB with no significant finding. 

Governance

  • Ensure appropriate operational procedures in place to uphold and monitor activities to ensure compliance with the policies and standards.

  • Country Retail Analytics & Sales Performance Management team
  • Country Client Centre and Digital team
  • Country Segments team
  • Country Marketing team

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5 Year Experience on Mutual Fund or Related Products
  • Education: Bachelor or Master
  • Licenses: Trust License
  • Languages: English, Taiwanese and Mandarin
