Essential Training and Job Functions 

• Learn and observe various functions related to our freight forwarding and warehousing operations. 
• Train in rotations through the following areas, including but not limited to: 
• Warehouse Operations 
• Ocean & Air Freight (Import & Export)
• Ground Services 
• Accounting & Finance 
• Field Sales 
• Operations Support Services 
• Travel to different locations to learn skills and gain knowledge from other stations may be required. Must possess the following qualities to be successful in role: 
• Determined and driven to accelerate your career. 
• Possess leadership qualities and desire to build your leader skills. 
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment. 
• Possess integrity and strong work ethic. 
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.

Program Requirements

• Must have the ability to travel domestically & internationally. 
• Possess a valid passport. 
• Fluent in English. 
• Legally authorized to work in the country for which you apply. 

Physical Requirements 

• Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen. 
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. 
• Job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location.

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management or Marketing preferred. 
• Bilingual skills are helpful. 

Certifications and Licenses 

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
