Summary:

As a Business Analyst for the Technical Support department, you will participate in developing and maintaining the systems used by the department from the business stand point. As the company develops and needs to evolve quickly, you will help ensure that we keep providing the best possible experience to patients and agents across EMEA and APAC, whilst guaranteeing we meet compliance needs.

About the Role:

  • Engage in and facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand, analyse and document business requirements, business processes, and technical specifications.
  • Gather high and detailed requirements and contributes to design specifications.
  • Advise on UI design and development, integration definition to support interface requirements.
  • Participate in the process of collection of requirements and support writing of validation documents.
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of sprint and project work for internal systems, including creation and review of test plans and scripts, conduct testing of the solution to ensure the functional and technical specification are met.
  • Participate in activities required to support production, including but not limited to troubleshooting, investigations, users support, periodic reviews, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions.
  • May run workshops and training sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • May create presentations to help communicate technical, organizational, and project concepts and status.
  • Keep the documentation up to date.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,150.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
